Golden Age of Televsion

THE GOLDEN AGE OF TELEVISION began with the first television broadcast in New York City in 1947. Television was LIVE in the early days and Rod Serling was instrumental in writing for this Golden Age. From 1950 when Rod sold his first script to television, until the beginning of the Twilight Zone series in 1959, Rod wrote over 100 teleplays.
